Modernize the digital platform to mirror Holt Renfrew’s in-store luxury experience, appeal to a mobile-savvy audience, and reinforce the brand’s leadership alongside global luxury partners.

• Conceptualized and presented a new visual and UX design strategy to Selfridges executives, aligning the site with global luxury retail standards.
• Directed UI/UX frameworks, site taxonomy, and mobile-first navigation.
• Designed high-fidelity wireframes that secured unanimous executive approval.
• Established a full-scale in-house creative production studio to deliver premium content at scale, ensuring cross-channel brand consistency.
